Job summary

Honeybee Tech Solutions is seeking a Consultant-Oracle with HCM expertise to deliver functional solutions for Oracle Fusion Cloud Time and Labor and related scheduling processes. You will work across OTL, Fast Formula, and Mastek EWS with hands-on configuration and testing.

The role requires 5 to 9 years of relevant experience and strong ability to map business requirements to Oracle HCM configurations, collaborate with HR and IT teams, and ensure adherence to best practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on functional experience in HCM Fusion Cloud - OTL (Functional).
• Experience in Fast Formula writing, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Mastek EWS or similar workforce scheduling tools.
• Understanding of core HR, absence, and payroll interactions with Time and Labor.
• Ability to document requirements, configurations, and test scenarios clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional Consultant-Oracle for HCM Fusion Cloud Time and Labor (OTL).
• Configure Fast Formula rules to support complex calculations and eligibility.
• Implement and support Mastek EWS for workforce scheduling and shifts.
• Lead end-to-end functional testing for OTL, Fast Formula, and EWS configurations.
• Prepare functional design docs, workbook configurations, and user guides.

Job Summary Consultant-Oracle with HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) (Functional), HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Fast Formula (Functional), and HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Mastek EWS (Enterprise Workforce Scheduler) (Functional) experience, responsible for delivering functional solutions and support across Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Time and Labor and related workforce scheduling processes.

Candidate must have relevant experience of 5 to 9 Years.

Qualifications and Skills

• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Hands-on functional experience in HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) (Functional).
• Practical experience in HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Fast Formula (Functional), including writing, testing, and troubleshooting formulas.- Functional experience in HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Mastek EWS (Enterprise Workforce Scheduler) (Functional) or similar workforce scheduling tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as a functional Consultant-Oracle for HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) (Functional), ensuring accurate time capture, approvals, and integrations with payroll and absence management.
• Configure, validate, and optimize HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Fast Formula (Functional) to support complex business rules, calculations, and eligibility criteria across HCM modules.
• Implement and support HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Mastek EWS (Enterprise Workforce Scheduler) (Functional) to manage workforce scheduling, shift planning, and resource allocation.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, map them to Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud capabilities, and design functional solutions for Time and Labor and workforce scheduling.
• Perform end-to-end functional testing for OTL, Fast Formula, and Mastek EWS configurations, including regression testing for new releases and patches.
• Support production incidents and service requests related to Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Time and Labor, Fast Formula, and workforce scheduling, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and user guides for Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud modules in scope.
• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions for HR, payroll, and operations teams on OTL, Fast Formula, and Mastek EWS functionalities.
• Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and extensions related to Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Time and Labor and scheduling solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and compliance requirements in all Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud configurations and deployments.

Other Capabilities

• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Time and Labor processes, including time entry, approval workflows, and time valuation rules.
• Ability to interpret and design complex Fast Formulas to support business-specific rules and calculations.
• Experience working with workforce scheduling concepts such as shifts, rosters, rotation patterns, and resource optimization in Mastek EWS (Enterprise Workforce Scheduler).- Good stakeholder management and communication skills to work with HR, payroll, operations, and IT teams.
• Capability to work in a consulting environment, managing multiple assignments and priorities with minimal supervision.
