Summary of the Role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant – Oracle HCM who will play a critical role in driving client engagements and delivering high-quality Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, particularly within the Technology, Media, and Telecom sectors. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in Core HR along with experience in modules such as OTL, Fast Formula, Payroll, and Absence. This role requires strong consulting experience, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to work across different time zones.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with a focus on Core HR, OTL, Fast Formula, Payroll, and Absence modules.
• Conduct client workshops, gather and analyze requirements, and create effective solution designs.
• Configure Oracle HCM modules based on business needs and best practices.
• Provide expert guidance on Oracle Talent Management modules.
• Lead data migration efforts to Oracle Cloud.
• Manage setup migration from non-Production to Production environments.
• Act as a customer-facing consultant and manage client communications and expectations.
• Mentor junior consultants and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support user adoption.
• Stay current with Oracle Cloud updates, features, and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between responsibilities as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile project environments.
• Ensure alignment of project deliverables with client expectations and industry standards.
• Be flexible to travel as per business needs and to work in different time zones.

Required Qualifications

Must-Have:

• 5–9 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Strong expertise in Core HR, OTL, Fast Formula, and at least one of Payroll or Absence modules.
• Experience conducting client workshops and solution configuration.
• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud data migration.
• Experience in setup migration from non-Production to Production environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing client-facing roles and leading consulting engagements.
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
• Flexibility to work in different time zones.

Nice-to-Have:

• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.
• Familiarity with additional Oracle HR modules.
• Experience in agile project environments.

• Shift Timing: 01:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
