Summary of the Role

As a Senior Consultant HCM US Payroll, you will play a vital role in guiding our clients through their technology journey, helping them to implement and optimize Oracle HCM Cloud solutions effectively.

Your expertise in Core HR, US Payroll, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Absence Management, and Fast Formula will be instrumental in delivering exceptional results aligned with our clients business goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their HCM business processes and requirements, translating them into functional solutions
• Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules, particularly US Payroll, OTL, and Absence Management
• Provide expert advice and best practices for OTL and Fast Formula, ensuring optimal use of technology
• Conduct client workshops, perform solution designing, and configure modules based on requirements
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, developing insights that drive decision-making
• Deliver impactful training and support to client teams on implemented HCM solutions
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to continuously improve service delivery
• Support change management initiatives as clients transition to new systems and workflows
• Migrate setup changes from non-production to production environments
• Manage multiple client deliverables and ensure high-quality outcomes

Required Skills & Responsibilities

• 7-10 years of experience with a strong understanding of CORE HR module along with at least one other module (Payroll, Absence)
• Experience conducting client workshops, solution designing, and configuration
• Preferred knowledge and experience in data migration to Oracle Cloud
• Experience in migrating setup changes from non-Production to Production environments
• Must have worked on implementation projects
• Proven ability to manage a customer-facing role
• Comfortable with business travel as per project needs
• Flexibility to work in different time zones based on client schedules
• Strong experience with Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Fast Formula, and Payroll processing
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with additional HCM modules or ERP systems
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and digital transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of HR processes and business applications
• Oracle HCM/Payroll certifications
