Summary of the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Consultant – Oracle HCM Cloud (Time and Labor / CoreHR) to join our dynamic team. This role demands a strong functional understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, particularly Time and Labor, CoreHR, and at least one other module such as Payroll or Absence.

The ideal candidate will combine technical acuity with consultative skills to drive successful project outcomes for our clients across various phases of implementation, including configuration, data migration, and stakeholder training.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable cloud-based solutions.
• Lead and conduct client workshops, solution designing, and configuration for HCM Cloud modules, especially Time and Labor, CoreHR, Payroll, or Absence.
• Configure Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and develop Fast Formulas as per project specifications.
• Handle data migration activities from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud.
• Manage migration of setup changes from non-Production to Production environments.
• Ensure seamless data flow and integration between HCM modules.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders to enhance user adoption.
• Actively participate in implementation projects in a customer-facing role.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Oracle HCM technologies.
• Comfortable switching between tasks and handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Qualifications

Must-Have:

• 3–6 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge of Time and Labor (OTL), CoreHR, and at least one of Payroll or Absence.
• Experience with Fast Formula development and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with data migration to Oracle Cloud.
• Expertise in managing environment setup changes and migrations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Willingness to travel as per business needs.
• Flexibility to work in client time zones (e.g., late evening IST hours).
• Experience handling client-facing roles and implementation projects.

Nice-to-Have:

• Oracle HCM Cloud Certifications.
• Experience in additional Oracle HCM modules.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.

Shift Timing

🕒 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (to align with client meetings and collaboration)
