Job summary

Purview Services is seeking an Oracle Apps Functional consultant with working knowledge of R12 HRMS modules including Core HR, Absence, OTL and SSHR. The candidate should be expert in HR KFFs, DFFs, date-tracking features, SITs and EITs, and in HRMS security and lookups.

The role requires independent configuration of Core HR, OTL and Absence and strong ability to design complex business processes. Engagement with business users for requirements, SIT, and UAT is essential.

Qualifications

• Oracle HRMS functional configuration for R12 HRMS (Core HR, Absence, OTL, SSHR).
• Expert in Oracle HR KFFs, DFFs, date-tracking features, SITs and EITs.
• Strong knowledge of HRMS security, user access, and lookups.
• Ability to configure Core HR, OTL and Absence modules independently.
• Proficient in designing complex business processes in Core HR, SSHR and Absence.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business users for requirement gathering, SIT execution and UAT support.
• Configure and implement Core HR, OTL and Absence modules.
• Lead BR100/MD050 repository work and ensure accurate design documentation.
• Develop complex business processes and configurations within SSHR and Absence.
• Coordinate with third party system integrations and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Expert in Oracle HR KFFs, DFFs, date-track feature, SITs, EITs & work structures.

Expert in Oracle HRMS security, user access, lookups.

Demonstrate ability to configure Core HR, OTL & Absence modules independently

Proficient in building complex/very complex business process solution design & configurations in Core HR, SSHR & Absence modules.

Be able to independently engage with business users for requirement gathering, SIT execution and UAT support

Strong Functional experience in set up and configurations (Core HR & Absence at least) including design documents (BR100, MD050 etc)

Experienced in integrations with third party applications

Good Team player with effective communication skills
