Job summary

Innominds Software is seeking an Oracle EBS HRMS Functional Consultant with 10+ years of experience for a hybrid role based in Hyderabad/Bangalore. The candidate will lead Core HR and Payroll implementations, support HRMS modules, and drive rollout projects with strong stakeholder collaboration.

The role requires deep expertise in HRMS configurations, UAT, testing, and functional specs, with immediate joiners preferred and a focus on production support and enhancements.

Qualifications

• This role requires 10+ years of overall experience with Oracle EBS HRMS Functional.
• Strong expertise in Oracle EBS HRMS R12 HRMS and related modules (Core HR, Payroll).
• Experience in implementation, support, enhancement, rollout, testing and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle EBS HRMS modules including Core HR and Payroll.
• Handle HRMS-related requirements and changes in implementations and rollouts.
• Coordinate with technical teams on functional specs and testing.
• Support testing, UAT, deployment and post-production activities.
• Resolve functional issues and liaise with stakeholders.
• Participate in production support and continuous improvement.
