Job summary

Purview Services invites an Oracle Apps Functional specialist with working knowledge of R12 HRMS modules, including Core HR, Absence, OTL, and SSHR, to join our team in India. The candidate should be capable of independent configuration and effective engagement with business users for requirements, SIT, and UAT support.

The role requires expertise in HRMS security, DFFs/KFFs, date-tracking features, and strong collaboration to deliver complex HR processes and system integrations with third party

Qualifications

• Expert in configuring Core HR and Absence modules.
• Expert in Oracle HR KFFs, DFFs, date-track features.
• Proficient in Oracle HRMS security, user access and lookups.
• Independent engagement with business users for requirements, SIT, and UAT support.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ability to configure Core HR, OTL & Absence modules independently.
• Build complex business process solutions in Core HR, SSHR & Absence.
• Engage with business users for requirements, SIT execution and UAT support.
• Prepare BR100, MD050 design documents and related artefacts.
• Coordinate integrations with third party applications.

Oracle Apps Functional with Working knowledge for R12 HRMS modules (Core HR, Absence, OTL & SSHR implementation & support exposure is must)

Expert in Oracle HR KFFs, DFFs, date-track feature, SITs, EITs & work structures.

Expert in Oracle HRMS security, user access, lookups.

Demonstrate ability to configure Core HR, OTL & Absence modules independently

Proficient in building complex/very complex business process solution design & configurations in Core HR, SSHR & Absence modules.

Be able to independently engage with business users for requirement gathering, SIT execution and UAT support

Strong Functional experience in set up and configurations (Core HR & Absence at least) including design documents (BR100, MD050 etc)

Experienced in integrations with third party applications

Good Team player with effective communication skills
