Job summary

Infidocs Technologies is seeking an experienced HRMS professional with strong Oracle EBS HRMS technical and functional expertise to design, develop, and maintain customizations and integrations. The role involves collaborating with functional consultants to translate business requirements into effective HRMS solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports, XML Publisher, AME/AOL concepts, HRMS APIs, and web services, and will support patches,

HRMS Technical – Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain customizations in Oracle EBS HRMS.

Work on RICE components (Reports: interfaces Conversions, Enth Collaborate with functional consultants to convert business rec Develop and support integrations between HRMS and external systems Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in ion environments Perform code migrations, deployments, and documentation Optimize performance and ensure system stability Support patching, upgrades, and implementation activities to technical designs

• Strong experience in PL/SQL programming
• Expertise in Oracle Forms & Reports
• Hands‑on with Oracle Workflow AME
• Experience in XML Publisher (BI Publisher)
• Good knowledge of AOL (Application Object Library) concepts
• Experience working with HRMS tables, APIs, and data model
• Knowledge of Employee data (PER tables)
• Pavroll tables
• SSHR technical architecture
• Experience in HRMS APIs (e.g., employee creation, ass Workflow customization for approvals (SSHR proces: Developing inbound/outbound interfaces)

HRMS Functional – Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS HRMS Functional Consultant with strong domain knowledge support, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle HRMS modules in a dynamic business environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and support end‑to‑end implementation and support projects for Oracle EBS HRMS Sather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Configure Oracle HRMS modules as per business needs
• Work closely with technical teams to design and validate custom solutions
• Conduct CRP/UAT sessions, user training, and documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Ensure process compliance, data integrity, and system performance
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Finance, Payroll)

Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS HRMS (R12 preferred) in Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Time and Lak Performance Management, Learning and Talent Management, Recruitment. Experience in configuration, setups, and testing. Knowledge of HR business processes and compliance (India‑specific preferred). Understanding of AIM/OUM methodology. Expertise in functional documentation (BRD, FSD, UAT documents). Exposure to workflow configuration & AME. Good understanding of SOL (basic queries) for validation.
