Job summary

Kforcetech Solution is seeking an experienced OPT Team Head / Manager to lead our OPT recruitment team in Hyderabad. This full-time, onsite role requires 6+ years in US Staffing/OPT recruitment, with responsibility for end-to-end sourcing, interviews, and placements.

You will manage a team, coordinate with hiring managers, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive pipelines while maintaining high candidate experience. Night shift in Hyderabad is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of US Staffing/OPT recruitment experience.
• Experience in leading a recruitment team.
• Strong knowledge of OPT, CPT, STEM OPT and US visa types.
• Understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms.
• Proven track record in candidate placements and meeting targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Shift: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)
Employment: Full-Time
