Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and manage a pipeline of candidates for US IT positions (H1B/USC/GC/H4 EAD).
• Build rapport and maintain candidate engagement throughout recruitment lifecycle.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, prep, and feedback with candidates.
• Ensure candidates stay committed and manage expectations with follow-ups.
• Lead and mentor recruiters at Lead/Manager level.
• Coordinate with Bench Sales/Marketing for smoother handoffs.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline reports.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and manage a strong pipeline of H1B/USC/GC/H4 Ead candidates for US IT positions
• Build and maintain strong rapport and hold on candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling, prep, and feedback
• Ensure committed candidates do not back out — manage expectations and maintain consistent follow-up
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters (for Lead/Manager level)
• Coordinate with Bench Sales/Marketing team for smooth placement handoff
