Job summary

Inquesso Technologies Llc is seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter focused on OPT/CPT and US staffing requirements. You will identify, screen, and submit qualified OPT/CPT IT consultants, coordinating interviews and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors.

The role requires deep understanding of US work authorization categories and strong negotiation skills. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in OPT/CPT recruiting, familiarity with H1B and Green Card processes, and

Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in US IT Recruiting / OPT Recruiting.
• Strong experience working with OPT/CPT candidates.
• Good understanding of US IT staffing and recruitment processes.
• Knowledge of H1B, Green Card and other US work authorization categories.
• Experience with US IT job portals and recruiting platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Good vendor management and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple requirements.
• Willingness to work in the US shift: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM IST.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified OPT/CPT IT consultants for US staffing requirements.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, availability and work authorization.
• Understand OPT, CPT, H1B, Green Card and other US work authorization categories.
• Search and identify suitable US IT job requirements through job portals, vendors and staffing networks.
• Market and submit qualified consultants to relevant client and vendor requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates, clients and vendors.
• Maintain regular communication with consultants and staffing partners.
• Negotiate rates and terms where required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients and candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews and placements.
• Meet daily and monthly submission and placement targets.
• Stay updated on US IT staffing practices and work authorization requirements.
