Job summary

Vneed Tech Solutions in Hyderabad (US time zone shift) is seeking an experienced OPT Recruiter to support US IT staffing. You will screen candidates, manage pipelines, and coordinate interviews to meet placement targets.

You must be adept at navigating OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, GC work visas, source candidates on LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and other portals, and work closely with account managers to fulfill client requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in OPT Recruiting / US IT Staffing & Recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, GC and other US work authorizations.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and other job portals.

Responsibilities

• Screen and qualify IT candidates based on job requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Market qualified candidates to suitable requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships.
• Work closely with recruiters and account managers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment/placement targets.
• Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
