Trinite Consulting in Hyderabad is seeking an OPT Recruiter with 2+ years of hands-on experience in OPT/STEM OPT recruitment and US IT staffing. This onsite role is based at Jayabheri Silicon Towers, Kondapur, Hyderabad, with US night shift.

Trinite Consulting is looking for an experienced OPT Recruiter with 2+ years of hands‑on experience in OPT/STEM OPT recruitment and US IT staffing.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit OPT/STEM OPT IT candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong OPT candidate pipeline.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience and job requirements.
• Identify suitable US IT opportunities for candidates.
• Market and submit candidate profiles to vendors/clients.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow‑ups.
• Build strong candidate and vendor relationships.
• Maintain accurate candidate and submission records.
• Drive candidates through interview, offer and placement stages.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in OPT / STEM OPT Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of US IT Staffing and Recruitment.
• Hands‑on experience with candidate marketing and submissions.
• Knowledge of OPT, STEM OPT, EAD and other US work authorizations.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of technical IT roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to work independently in a target‑driven environment.
