Job summary

SharpAtoms is seeking an experienced OPT (BENCH) Recruiter to identify, attract, and engage qualified tech talent for bench placements in the U.S. market. You will source candidates with LinkedIn Recruiter, manage a bench pipeline, and screen for technical fit and work authorization.

This role requires excellent English communication and a proven track record in U.S. IT recruiting, bench recruiting, and handling OPT/CPT, EAD, H4, L2, GC, USC work authorization.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing IT candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, portals, and referrals.
• Build and maintain active bench/pipeline of USC, GC, EAD, H4, L2, OPT/CPT candidates.
• Screen candidates for technical fit, experience, and work authorization; coordinate interviews.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM; ensure compliance with U.S. work authorization guidelines.

We are seeking an experienced OPT (BENCH) Recruiter to identify, attract, and engage qualified tech talent. The ideal candidate has strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and a proven track record of bench recruitment and placing OPT/CPT candidates in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Identify qualified IT candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, major job boards, niche portals, and referrals.
• Bench & Pipeline Management: Build and maintain an active pipeline of USC, GC, EAD, H4, L2, and OPT/CPT candidates for bench placement.
• Screening & Assessment: Evaluate candidates on technical fit, experience, work authorization, and job compatibility.
• Interview Coordination: Conduct initial phone/video screens and coordinate client/internal interviews.
• ATS & Compliance: Maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM and ensure compliance with U.S. work authorization guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record in U.S. IT recruiting, bench recruiting, and work authorization handling (OPT/CPT, EAD, H4, L2, GC, USC).
• Technical Sourcing: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS/CRM tools, and Boolean search strings.
• Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of U.S. IT roles, tech stacks, and labor market dynamics.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
