Job Role

Attain inbound calls from customers regarding printers, routers, e-mails, etc. Analyze issues correctly and sell the relevant plans and software.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound technical support calls from customers.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues with printers, routers, e-mails, and other devices.
• Sell relevant service plans and software solutions.
• Close calls and process payment transactions from customers.
• Pitch service plans confidently to customers.

Qualifications

• Must have at least six months experience in outbound technical support processes.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Must be comfortable with night shift work.
• Undergraduate degree preferred (or minimum requirement).
