Experienced candidates are needed for InboundTechnical Support Process for US Shift.
Job Role: Receiving inbound calls from customers regarding printers, routers, e-mails, etc. Analyzing the issues correctly and selling the relevant plans and software.
Full-time Position. Comfortable for night shift.
Responsibilities:
- Has dialled in outbound tech process for more than 6 months.
- Able to close calls and take payments from customers.
- Confident pitching about service plans.
- Very fluent in English.
