Job summary

Sahasya Global Solutions is hiring for a Customer Service Associate to support its International Voice Process in Gurugram. We seek customer-focused professionals with excellent communication skills and prior experience in international voice processes.

The role requires graduation, 1 year of relevant experience, and a willingness to work US rotational shifts with rotational week-offs. Immediate joiners are preferred and Banking/BFSI customer service experience is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Graduation is mandatory in any stream.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or voice processes.
• Prior international voice process experience is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in US rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
