Job summary

Curateq Biologics in Hyderabad is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics professional to manage receipt, storage, dispensing and dispatch of materials used in manufacturing. You will ensure SAP S4 HANA updates, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety and GMP documentation.

The role emphasizes daily area monitoring, cleaning, and equipment qualification support, with handling of expired materials as per procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receipt of raw materials, Packaging materials and Consumables and updating in SAP S4 HANA system
• Storage of raw materials, Packaging materials and Consumables as per respective storage conditions
• Dispensing of raw materials, Packaging materials and Consumables as per manufacturing order
• Inventory management of raw materials, Packaging materials and Consumables in SAP and Physical stock verification
• Receipt and storage of Drug substance and Drug product as per respective storage conditions
• Issuance of Drug substance and Drug product as per manufacturing order
• Responsible for dispatch of finished goods as per dispatch plan
• Responsible for safe handling practices in Warehouse to meet safety compliance requirements
• Adhering to Good documentation practices
• Monitoring of daily activities like cleaning and area monitoring
• Accountable for Warehouse facility qualification and equipment qualification in warehouse
• Handling of retest, rejected and expired materials as per defined procedure
• Responsible for execution and other tasks assigned by the reporting supervisor
• Responsible for Warehouse equipment cleaning and verification
