Job summary

• Enforce safety policies and keep warehouse tidy.
• Prepare for customer or regulatory audits.

Responsible for organizing the warehouse areas, making the best and most efficient use of space, and managing the day-to-day activities of warehouse staff and drivers. Managing the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of goods from the warehouse. Maximizing the space usage within the warehouse. This role reports to the warehouse manager.

Roles and Responsibilities

• The Warehouse executive/Sr. executive will oversee warehouse inventory, operations as well as warehouse staff
• Assists Warehouse Manager with hiring and training of new employees.
• Receipt of Material, Packing Material and general items and make inventory.
• Conducts physical inventory audit, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences.
• Ensures that all stock is stored in correct locations in the warehouse.
• Planning the daily activities to achieve targets
• Dispatch Finished Goods in a timely manner and according to schedule.
• Process order by picking materials as per Batch numbers, printing stickers and allocating the stocks as per order,
• Printing of stickers as per state wise statutory requirements.
• Taking full responsibility of Stickering process and monitoring as per correct sticker for correct state / Brand / its Volume
• Enforces operating instructions and safety policies.
• Keep the warehouse and other areas tidy and clean.
• Ensure the warehouse area is ready for any customer/regulatory audit
