Job summary

Emcure is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead and supervise warehouse personnel and manage receipt, storage, dispensing, issuance, and dispatch of all materials to meet production plans.

The role ensures compliance with cGMP, GDP, SOPs and regulatory requirements; checks documents; prepares SOPs; coordinates with Engineering for maintenance; maintains stock of RM/PM; identifies unsafe conditions; monitors SOP-based activities; coordinates with supply chain for non-moving inventory/expired RM and

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse personnel
• Manage receipt, storage, dispensing, issuance, and dispatch activities for all materials
• Ensure timely availability of materials to production as per production plans
• Good manufacturing practices (cGMP),and standard operating procedures
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
• Check Warehouse documents like forms, reports, logs and records of equipment and batches
• To prepare and revise functional SOPs, where ever required
• To co-ordinate with Engineering department for preventive and break down maintenance, modifications etc.
• Maintain Stock of Raw Materials, Packing Material as per Production Requirement
• To identify and correct unsafe conditions or behaviors and promptly reporting other potentially hazardous situations
• Monitor all activities of warehouse as per assigned in SOP
• Coordination with supply chain for Non-moving Inventory/ Expired RM and to initiate destruction
• Preparation of Qualification Protocol (DQ,IQ,OQ,PQ)
• Generation of MIS report on monthly basis/as an when required of Warehouse Department
