Job summary

Aarvi Encon in Gurugram invites a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead all warehousing, forwarding and related activities, ensuring efficient storage, stock accuracy, and compliance with SOPs.

The role requires coordinating with head office, vendors, and internal departments, maintaining stock records, KPIs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through disciplined operations.

Experience in warehouse controls, temperature-sensitive storage, and quality systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Overall responsible for all warehousing operations, clearing & forwarding operations, re-dressing operation.
Monitoring & controlling the working of entire warehouse.
Official point of contact for communication with Head Office.
To review and approve the SOPs.
Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
To ensure authorized receipt & dispatch of material from warehouse.
To ensure proper storage of materials at identified places as per temperature ranges with inspection and status.
To ensure proper handling and movement of materials inside the warehouse.
To ensure proper accounting of receipt and issue of the materials and maintain proper stock records.
To maintain product identification of all the products in the stores with their inspection and test status.
To store materials systematically and maintain good house keeping in the stores.
To ensure segregation of non-conforming material in the warehouse.
To ensure that the stringent follow-up of documented quality system in the warehouse.
To ensure documented procedure are followed for routine operations.
To coordinate with principal companies for any new setup.
To resolve operational issues with principal companies, if any.
To coordinate with various departments for smooth functioning of operation.
To ensure optimization of resources viz. manpower, transportation, equipments, etc.
To ensure customer satisfaction.
To monitor calibration and planned preventive maintenance done as per schedule.
To review key performance indicators (KPI) for operations.
Verification of all vendors’ invoice, vouchers etc. and responsible for petty cash handling.
