Job summary

EaseBiz FinTech Solutions LLP in Tamil Nadu invites an organized Operations Executive to manage end-to-end D2C/online store workflows. You will oversee order processing, pre-shipment QC, catalog uploads, and inventory coordination to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment.

You'll coordinate with internal teams and courier partners, track shipments, prepare shipping documents, and maintain MIS reports to optimize daily operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Manage the complete order cycle from order receipt to dispatch, ensuring orders are processed accurately and within defined timelines.
• Pre-Shipment QC & Packing: Conduct quality checks before dispatch, verify product details, quantity, HUID/tagging and packaging requirements, and ensure products are packed safely as per company standards.
• Catalog Photography & Upload: Coordinate and manage product photography, edit/select suitable images, prepare product details, and upload new SKUs, descriptions, pricing and images on the website/online marketplace.
• Catalog Management: Ensure the online store remains updated with new products, accurate inventory, pricing, product descriptions and images.
• Dispatch & Courier Coordination: Generate shipping labels/invoices, hand over packed orders to the courier partner, and ensure timely dispatch.
• Tracking & Order Updates: Monitor shipment status, update tracking details, coordinate delayed/failed deliveries and resolve order-related issues.
• Insurance Reporting: Prepare and submit insurance-related reports/documents for dispatched shipments, damages, losses or transit-related issues.
• Inventory Coordination: Coordinate with the inventory/store team to ensure product availability and prevent overselling or stock discrepancies.
• MIS & Reporting: Maintain daily records and reports related to orders, dispatches, pending orders, catalog uploads and shipment status.
• Customer/Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, courier partners and customer support to ensure smooth order fulfilment from order placement to courier pickup.
