Job summary

Angel and Genie is seeking a detail-oriented ecommerce operations coordinator to manage day-to-day website and marketplace listings, ensuring pricing parity and accurate inventory between showroom stock and online stores.

You will coordinate order processing, returns, and customer service for online orders, monitor site UX and performance, liaise with logistics for timely delivery, and support promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience with ecommerce listing management across marketplaces.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Basic SEO knowledge and GA4 analytics understanding.
• Very high attention to detail for SKUs and certifications.
• Ability to multitask across marketplaces and D2C channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the company website and marketplace listings.
• Catalog management, pricing parity and inventory sync between showroom stock and online store.
• Coordinate order processing, returns/exchange and customerservice resolution for online orders.
• Monitor website UX/UI, page performance and conversion funnels; flag and recommend improvements.
• Liaise with logistics/courier partners for timely delivery, COD reconciliation and insured shipment of jewelry.
• Support online promotional campaigns, discount-code setup and payment gateway issuer resolution.
• Analyze e-commerce sales data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with photography/content teams for accurate product listings (images, descriptions, hallmark/certification details).
