Job summary

Imagimake in Mumbai seeks a logistics/order management professional to manage and process customer orders across marketplaces, coordinating with production and operations to ensure timely order processing and dispatch.

You will track order status, resolve dispatch and delivery issues, reconcile defects and cancellations, maintain stock entries, coordinate with courier companies, and prepare packing lists and shipping documents along with routine operational reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process customer orders, including marketplace orders across all sales channels
• Coordinate with Production and Operations teams to ensure timely order processing and dispatch
• Track order status, resolve dispatch/delivery issues, and reconcile order defects, cancellations & discrepancies
• Maintain and reconcile FG (Finished Goods) and RTD stock entries in the system
• Maintain LSP tracking and coordinate with courier/logistics partners for pickups, deliveries, delays, and exceptions
• Prepare packing lists, shipper sheets, stickers, and other dispatch-related documents
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as required
