Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle RTGS, NEFT, fund transfers, and tax payments at branch, mid-office, or front office level.
• Provide prompt and accurate support to customers and internal teams regarding transaction status and issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines during processing.
• Maintain and update transaction records and reports using Excel and internal systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies or escalations related to customer transactions.
• Monitor transaction queues and ensure timely execution of all payment instructions.
• Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
• Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to service delivery.
