• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines during processing.
• Maintain and update transaction records and reports using Excel and banking systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies or escalations related to customer transactions.
• Monitor transaction queues to ensure timely execution of payment instructions.
• Assist in audits and internal reviews by providing necessary documentation and reports.
• Identify areas for process improvement to enhance service delivery.
