• Handle and process RTGS/NEFT, fund transfers and tax payments at branch, mid-office, or front-office levels.
• Provide prompt, accurate support on transaction status and issues to customers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines during processing.
• Maintain transaction records and reports using Excel and banking systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies or escalations.
• Monitor transaction queues and ensure timely execution of payments.
• Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance service delivery.
