Job summary

The role requires hands-on banking operations experience, especially RTGS/NEFT and tax payments, with strong Excel skills to support daily tasks and client servicing.

You will handle transactions, provide timely customer support, ensure policy compliance, and maintain records while collaborating with other departments to resolve issues and improve service

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in banking operations, RTGS/NEFT transactions.
• Experience with fund transfers and tax payments.
• Proficiency in Excel for daily operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle and process RTGS, NEFT, fund transfers, and tax payments.
• Provide prompt and accurate support to customers and internal teams regarding transaction status and issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines during transaction processing.
• Maintain and update transaction records using Excel and internal banking systems.

• Monitor transaction queues and ensure timely execution of all payment instructions.
