Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a designated CCTV Operators team.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements and standards.
• Monitor team performance; provide coaching and support.
• Assist onboarding of new client sites and prepare operational reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve communication, efficiency and team performance.

Our team consists of highly focused and motivated professionals with extensive expertise in parking management. We specialize in preventing unauthorized parking across commercial properties, residential complexes, and other locations. Indus

Parking Services manages the entire parking enforcement process efficiently and also provides operational support to Euro Parking Services.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Team Lead to join us who will be responsible for leading a CCTV team, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency across assigned parking enforcement sites.

As an Operations Team Lead, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing a designated CCTV Operators team.
• Overseeing the accurate review of CCTV footage and issuance of Parking Charge Notices (PCNs).
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and operational standards.
• Monitoring team performance and providing coaching, guidance, and support.
• Assisting with the onboarding and transition of newly activated client sites.
• Preparing operational reports and escalating issues where required.
• Identifying opportunities to improve communication, efficiency, and overall team performance.
