Job summary

JITO is seeking a Project Manager & Consultant to lead end-to-end delivery of mechanized car parking (MLCP) projects across India. You will oversee surveys, design coordination, fabrication, installation, and handover while coordinating with vendors, clients, and government bodies.

This role also serves as a technical consultant during pre-sales for parking solutions. Responsibilities include project planning, budgeting, and milestone tracking, with frequent site surveys and stakeholder

Qualifications

• SrManagement level experience required.
• Candidate to lead end-to-end MLCP projects.
• Pre-sales technical consulting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage MLCP parking projects end-to-end: survey, design coordination, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and handover.
• Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and capacity planning for parking solutions.
• Act as consultant to clients, architects, builders, and government bodies during pre-sales and execution.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and track milestones and costs.
• Coordinate between design, production, electrical, and installation teams.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and site labour; ensure quality and safety standards.
• Handle client communication, progress reporting, and change/revision management.
• Ensure compliance with IS standards, local building norms, and statutory approvals.
• Support billing milestones, documentation, and project closure.
