Job summary

Jain International Trade Organisation - India is seeking a Project Manager & Consultant to lead end-to-end mechanized car parking (MLCP) projects across India. You will oversee surveys, design coordination, fabrications, installations, commissioning and handover, while coordinating with clients, architects and vendors.

The role includes pre-sales consulting on parking capacity, IS standards compliance, budgeting, and schedule management.

Qualifications

• Leads MLCP projects end-to-end including surveys, design coordination, fabrication, installation and handover.
• Coordinates between design, production, electrical, and installation teams to meet milestones.
• Provides pre-sales technical consulting on parking solutions, capacity planning, and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage MLCP parking projects end-to-end: survey, design coordination, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and handover.
• Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and capacity planning for parking solutions.
• Act as consultant to clients, architects, builders, and government bodies during pre-sales and execution.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and track milestones and costs.
• Coordinate between design, production, electrical, and installation teams.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and site labour; ensure quality and safety standards.
• Handle client communication, progress reporting, and change/revision management.
• Ensure compliance with IS standards, local building norms, and statutory approvals.
• Support billing milestones, documentation, and project closure.
