Job Description

Car Parking Manager (“CPM”) that will have responsibility for all activities at the FACILITIES. CPM shall work cooperatively with COMPANY operation team and all relevant stakeholders. CPM will maintain a highly visible presence within the FACILITIES, including on selected weekends and during periods of heightened activity.

• Daily revenue collection and deposits.
• Maintain cash reconciliation and timely banking.
• CPM shall oversee the removal of cash from the facilities.
• Overseeing the operation of the revenue control equipment.
• Supervising, planning, and scheduling employee duties.
• Oversee staff deployment and roster management for day-to-day parking operations.
• Hiring and dismissing assigned personnel.
• Recruitment and training of ground staff at work sites.
• Conduct on-the-job training and recruitment of site staff.
• Evaluating employee performance.
• Counselling and disciplining assigned personnel.
• Maintain staff discipline and attendance.
• Responsible for daily parking MIS reports and audit checks.
• Maintain site HR MIS / operation data and its accuracy.
• Investigating and responding to customer complaints.
• Handle customer service, queries, and complaints.
• Resolving conflicts.
• Manage issuance of RFID cards for monthly parking pass holders.
• Ensuring smooth traffic inwards and outwards from the premises.
• Ensure at all times assistance to the users of the parking facilities.
• Co-ordinates with client for organizing various event-related parking operations.
• Maintain healthy client relationship.
• Ensures compliance of agreed SLA and SOP standards at site.
• Ensure there are no accidents or incidents happening in the designated parking area.
• Accountable for overall responsibility of car parking operations management at sites.
• Create excellent parking operations environment and ensure smooth day-to-day parking operations at sites.

Qualification

• Any Graduate / Post Graduate for Car Park Managers.

Age

• For Car Park Managers age between 27 to 35 years of age.

Salary

• 30,000 to 35,000 / -Rs pm (Gross)

Experience

• Minimum previous work experience required: 05 to 10 years of relevant managerial experience for candidates applying for Car Park Manager Positions.

Key Requirements

• Candidate coming from Supervisory / Managerial positions from Retail/ Housekeeping/ Security Management/ Hotel / Service Industry and large format restaurant chains preferred.
• Candidates should have good Computer/ IT Skills such as MS office and Email correspondence.
• Should have good business communication skills both written and spoken English language and having knowledge of written/spoken local language.
• Should be a team player and have handled large teams directly.
• Be a guide and mentor to his team and drive staff performance.
