Job summary

Indus Parking Services (IPS) in Gurugram, India is seeking an IT Executive to support the organization’s network infrastructure. You will gain hands-on experience in network administration, remote troubleshooting, and system maintenance while working with international teams.

The role requires a Bachelors degree in IT or related field and strong communication skills to interact with overseas clients using remote tools. Rotational shifts and a 9-hour workday are part of the schedule.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of security systems such as CCTV, Access Control, and ANPR systems, and their on-site optimization.
• Managing daily reporting of camera functionality (site-wise) for UK-based locations.
• Troubleshooting network issues remotely and coordinating with UK service teams with regular updates.
• Monitoring static IPs and 4G/5G M2M SIM data consumption.
• Working knowledge of virtual machines for configuration and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to software, systems, and networks.
• Building positive working relationships and supporting team goals effectively.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.
• Understanding of networking protocols such as DNS, DHCP, HTTP, LDAP, SMTP, and VPN.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP and networking concepts.
• Troubleshooting LAN and wireless connectivity issues.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Indus Parking Services (IPS) is an emerging parking enforcement company headquartered in Gurugram, India. Our team consists of highly focused and motivated professionals with expertise in parking management. We specialise in preventing unauthorised parking across commercial properties, residential complexes, and other locations. IPS also provides operational support to Euro Parking Services.

We are looking for a proactive IT Executive to join us, who will play a key role in supporting the organization's network infrastructure. This position offers hands-on experience in network administration, remote troubleshooting, and system maintenance while working closely with international teams.

As an IT Executive, your responsibilities will include:
