ValetEZ Services Private Limited is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee on-ground operations at client sites across Pan India. You will manage valets and parking attendants, ensure smooth daily operations, and uphold customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 1–4 years of supervisory experience in parking, facilities, retail, hospitality or related fields, and is comfortable working in shifts at the site. This is a hands-on role requiring strong people skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise valets/attendants, manage shifts, and allocate tasks.

• Act as the on-site point of contact for client representatives and end customers.
• Maintain daily records: attendance, shift reports, incident logs, and collection reports.
• Escalate operational or system issues to the Area Operations Manager.
