Job summary

AGRIM is seeking a highly driven Manager - Retail Fulfilment Operations to own end-to-end retail dispatch operations across all fulfilment channels. This role will lead order allocation, warehouse execution, dispatch, supplier coordination, and SLA adherence.

You will manage warehouse inward/outward operations, drive productivity, and ensure inventory readiness. The position requires strong data-driven decision making and ownership to deliver structured, scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years in Warehouse Operations, Fulfilment, Supply Chain, or e-commerce operations, with multi-warehouse leadership.
• Skills: Strong data literacy, governance, and ability to drive KPIs and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end retail dispatch operations for all fulfilment channels.
• Lead warehouse inward/outward operations, inventory readiness, and dispatch efficiency.
• Drive KPI delivery for Dispatch/Delivery TAT, returns, cancellations, and warehousing dispatch TAT.
• Develop SOPs and govern processes across warehouse and supply teams.
• Identify automation opportunities and dashboard KPIs for proactive decision-making.
• Monitor supplier performance and collaborate to improve fulfilment efficiency.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and analytical Manager - Retail Fulfilment Operations to own end-to-end retail dispatch operations. This role will be responsible for leading the complete fulfilment journey—from order allocation and warehouse execution to dispatch, supplier coordination, and SLA adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Retail Dispatch Operations Ownership - Own end-to-end retail dispatch operations for both App and Non-App orders across all fulfilment channels.
• Warehouse Operations - Own warehouse inward and outward operations, ensuring inventory readiness and dispatch efficiency. Drive warehouse productivity, dispatch accuracy, and inventory control.
• Performance & KPI Accountability - Own and deliver on critical KPIs, like Dispatch/Delivery TAT & compliance to promised timelines, Return and Cancellation, Warehousing Dispatch TAT. Establish strong governance through daily, weekly, and monthly operational reviews supported by data-driven dashboards.
• Operational Excellence - Drive structured, process-led operations for scalability and operational consistency.
• SOP Development & Process Governance - Build, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with business expectations. Ensure adherence to SOPs across warehouse and supply operations teams.
• Process Optimization - Continuously improve warehouse and Marketplace orders dispatch workflows to enhance productivity. Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve operational visibility.
• Dashboarding & Business Visibility - Develop KPI trackers and exception reports for proactive decision-making. Drive review mechanisms with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Supplier Performance Management - Monitor supplier dispatch performance and SLA adherence and collaborate with supplier partners to improve fulfilment efficiency

Requirements

Education - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or related field (MBA Preferred)

Experience - 5+ years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Fulfilment, Supply Chain, or E-commerce Operations. Proven experience managing multi-warehouse operations and large fulfilment teams.
