Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Fulfilment, Supply Chain, or E-commerce Operations.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and OMS, and SQL.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage large fulfilment teams across multiple warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Retail Dispatch Operations for all fulfilment channels.

• Deliver KPIs like Dispatch/Delivery TAT, returns, and cancellations with data dashboards.
• Drive process excellence and scalable operations with SOPs and governance.
• Identify optimization and automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Develop KPI trackers and dashboards for proactive decision-making.
• Monitor supplier dispatch performance and SLA adherence with partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfilment.

We are seeking a highly driven and analytical Manager - Retail Fulfilment Operations to own end-to-end retail dispatch operations. This role will be responsible for leading the complete fulfilment journey- from order allocation and warehouse execution to dispatch, supplier coordination, and SLA adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Retail Dispatch Operations Ownership - Own end-to-end retail dispatch operations for both App and Non-App orders across all fulfilment channels.
• 2. Warehouse Operations - Own warehouse inward and outward operations, ensuring inventory readiness and dispatch efficiency. Drive warehouse productivity, dispatch accuracy, and inventory control.
• 3. Performance & KPI Accountability - Own and deliver on critical KPIs, like Dispatch/Delivery TAT & compliance to promised timelines, Return and Cancellation, Warehousing Dispatch TAT. Establish strong governance through daily, weekly, and monthly operational reviews supported by data-driven dashboards.
• 4. Operational Excellence - Drive structured, process-led operations for scalability and operational consistency.
• 5. SOP Development & Process Governance - Build, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with business expectations. Ensure adherence to SOPs across warehouse and supply operations teams.
• 6. Process Optimization - Continuously improve warehouse and Marketplace orders dispatch workflows to enhance productivity. Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve operational visibility.
• 7. Dashboarding & Business Visibility - Develop KPI trackers and exception reports for proactive decision-making. Drive review mechanisms with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• 8. Supplier Performance Management - Monitor supplier dispatch performance and SLA adherence and collaborate with supplier partners to improve fulfilment efficiency

Requirements

• Education - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or related field (MBA Preferred)
• Experience - 5+ years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Fulfilment, Supply Chain, or E-commerce Operations. Proven experience managing multi-warehouse operations and large fulfilment teams.
• Technical Skills - Strong knowledge of WMS and OMS, Multi-WH operations management, SQL
