We are hiring an Operations / Senior Operations Manager across multiple locations. The following outlines the expectations for an ideal candidate. Key Responsibilities

• Defining, building, and being responsible for the execution of processes, from fulfillment centers to sortation hubs and the last‑mile delivery network.
• Hiring, training, and building a highly motivated workforce for sort hubs with support from HR and training, meeting operational requirements and the Amazon bar on quality and productivity.
• Ensuring sufficient bandwidth for peak‑time volume management.
• Coordinating with Finance, Delivery Stations, FC, and Projects teams on city‑operations matters.
• Conducting performance appraisals and mentoring team members for efficient operations.
• Continuously improving defined processes to maintain a sustained performance standard, reducing waste and eliminating unnecessary work.
• Analysing data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and enhance performance.

A Day in the Life

• Drive key initiatives across the region related to safety, engagement, network speed, and cost optimisation.
• Lead daily stand‑ups, WBRs, MBRs, and peak preparedness calls.
• Analyse data to identify performance bottlenecks and implement process improvement mechanisms such as Kaizen and Continuous Improvement.
• Review and finalise the labour plan for the site to optimise cost while ensuring high bar performance standards and associate experience.
• Coach Ops managers, challenge the status quo, and foster continuous improvement culture, while liaising with site leads, regional leaders, and central teams to benchmark best practices.

Desired Experience

4+ years of operations, logistics, or supply‑chain experience.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience (blue badge/FTE).

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of performance‑metrics, process‑improvement, or lean techniques experience.
