Job summary

Sanjoga Foods & Trading in Thane is seeking a results-driven Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee QSR outlets focused on beverages (coffee). You will own the end-to-end guest experience and ensure product quality across sites.

You will coordinate with Kitchen Operations, drive store launches, lead marketing execution to boost footfall, manage staffing, and uphold food safety, hygiene, and service standards while monitoring P&L and operational metrics.

• Take ownership of the end-to-end restaurant experience and product quality across outlets.
• Oversee and ensure supply chain efficiency in coordination with the Kitchen Operations Manager.
• Take charge of new store launches, including site readiness, setup, and rollout.
• Oversee store-level marketing execution to drive footfalls and sales.
• Manage manning across outlets, including staffing, rostering, training, and productivity.
• Drive quality management and consistency across food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
• Monitor operational and P&L metrics across the QSR network.
