Job summary

Belhem India Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in Bengaluru. You will manage budgets, drive expansion with new models, set performance objectives, and lead a team to deliver excellent customer experience.

The role requires QSR/Retail experience, responsibility for citywide operations, and delivery of monthly to annual budgets and P&L analyses. You will develop business, marketing, and advertising plans and launch new stores.

Qualifications

• Experience in overseeing daily operations and managing budgets.
• Experience with QSR/Retail sector.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and manage teams and conduct performance appraisals.
• Experience launching new stores and expanding across models.
• Expertise in developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans.
• Proficient in preparing and presenting monthly/quarterly/annual budgets and P&L analysis.
• Overall responsibility for city operations.
