Job Summary

We are looking for an operations-focused professional to manage the day-to-day execution of B2B and quick-commerce deliveries. The role involves coordinating delivery slots, purchase orders, warehouse dispatches, and logistics partners to ensure timely and compliant movement of products across the distribution network.

You will work closely with warehouse, inventory, logistics, and platform teams to maintain high service levels, minimize dispatch delays, and ensure smooth execution of partner requirements. The role requires strong attention to detail, ownership of daily operations, and the ability to quickly resolve execution issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Appointment Slot Management
  • Book and secure daily delivery time slots on quick-commerce partner fulfillment portals.
  • Coordinate vehicle placement and gate-entry timings to match allotted delivery windows precisely.
  • Communicate with 3PL transporters and warehouse teams to prevent dock delays or slot expirations.
• Order Processing PO Execution
  • Process incoming B2B purchase orders (POs) and generate precise picklists for warehouse pickers.
  • Ensure strict adherence to partner-specific packaging, labeling, and barcode compliances.
  • Track dispatch timelines from the central or regional Ugaoo hubs down to regional dark-store drops.
• SLA Performance Tracking
  • Monitor core metrics including Vehicle Turnaround Time (TAT), On-Time Delivery (OTD), and slot rejection rates.
  • Maintain daily dispatch and detention logs via advanced Excel or ERP dashboards.
  • Rapidly troubleshoot gate rejections, transit blockages, or damaged stock issues with channel SPOCs
• Cross-Functional Vendor Coordination
  • Align daily inventory levels with the inventory management team to avoid stockouts on high-demand SKUs.
  • Act as the primary bridge between warehouse dispatch bays, logistics providers, and platform category managers.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in B2B operations, distribution, logistics, order fulfillment, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with quick-commerce, e-commerce, FMCG, D2C, or retail operations preferred.
• Experience handling B2B POs, dispatches, delivery slots, and warehouse coordination.
• Strong understanding of logistics and fulfillment processes, including vehicle placement, gate entry, and delivery TAT.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience working with ERP/WMS or logistics dashboards.
• Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, 3PL partners, and external platform teams.
• Ability to track operational KPIs, identify exceptions, and drive timely resolution.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-oriented environment.
