Asian Cinemas in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day cinema operations across the group. You will strive to deliver excellent guest experiences while maintaining high standards across all properties.

You will supervise theatre managers, manage manpower and scheduling, monitor F&B operations and ensure safety compliance. Regular audits, MIS reporting, and cross-location coordination are essential to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in multiplex/hospitality or retail operations with leadership responsibilities.
• MBA or Graduate degree preferred.
• Strong leadership, team management and communication skills; willingness to travel.

Asian Cinemas Group is looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of cinemas across the group. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth theatre operations, enhancing customer experience, managing manpower, and maintaining operational standards across all properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage daily operations of all cinema properties.
• Ensure excellent guest experience and service standards.
• Supervise theatre managers and operational teams.
• Control manpower planning, scheduling, and productivity.
• Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Purchase, Maintenance, and Projection teams.
• Monitor F&B operations, inventory, and revenue performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and statutory regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
• Conduct regular audits and site visits to maintain quality standards.
• Prepare operational reports and MIS for management review.
• Implement SOPs and improve operational efficiency.

Eligibility:

• Graduate / MBA preferred.
• Minimum 1220 years of experience in Multiplex, Hospitality, Retail, Entertainment, or Facility Operations.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across locations.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with experience in cinema operations, multiplex chains, hospitality, or retail operations will be given preference.
