Job Title: Assistant Manager Cinema Operations
Location: Delhi/NCR, Jaipur, Patna, Kurukshetra, Mohali, Bhatinda, Chennai, Kota, Mumbai, Thane, Guwahati, Bengaluru, Faridabad, Gurugram

Department: Food & Beverage (F&B) / Operations
Reporting To: Unit Head
Experience: 2+ years in F&B/hospitality
Salary Range: INR 4.9 to 5.2 LPA

Job Purpose:
To support the Unit Head in driving cinema operations excellence, focusing on F&B sales, cost control, SOP compliance, and guest experience while maximizing profitability and footfall.

1. F&B Operations Management:

• Oversee Concessions & Coffee Tree operations, including menu execution, recipe adherence, and staff training.
• Manage inventory par levels, vendor orders (PO creation), and raw material storage.
• Ensure equipment (coffee machines, popcorn kettles) is calibrated/maintained for consistent product quality.

2. Sales & Profitability:

• Train teams on upselling techniques (suggestive selling) and monitor POS transaction times.
• Control food costs, minimize wastage (document in registers/system), and analyze COGS reports weekly.
• Implement corrective actions for variances and optimize perishable ordering based on sales trends.

3. Compliance & Reporting:

• Enforce hygiene, sanitation, and SOPs across F&B outlets.
• Submit daily performance reports (EOD) and weekly COGS/inventory reports (verified by Storekeeper/Unit Head).
• Maintain logs for shift handovers and pre-rush preparations.

4. Guest Experience:

• Conduct property rounds to ensure readiness for guest arrivals.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and uphold service standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Hotel Management/Business Administration (preferred).
• Proven experience in F&B operations, inventory control, and cost analysis.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic MS Office (Excel for reports).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and vendor negotiation skills.
