You will supervise front desk, F&B, housekeeping, security, and staff; manage schedules, reporting, and safety compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate should have strong leadership, customer service, and operational reporting skills, with a graduate degree and MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
• Experience in cinema/entertainment operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day cinema operations and staff.
• Supervise front office, ticketing, F&B, housekeeping, security, and theatre teams.

• Maintain high service standards and resolve complaints professionally.
• Monitor daily sales, cash handling, expenses and reports.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Cinema Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the cinema. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth theatre operations, excellent customer experience, team management, safety standards, and achievement of operational and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the cinema.
• Supervise front office, ticketing, F&B, housekeeping, security, and theatre staff.
• Ensure smooth movie screenings, show schedules, ticketing, and customer flow.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Monitor daily sales, cash handling, expenses, and operational reports.
• Coordinate with distributors, vendors, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, ambience, and overall presentation of the cinema.
• Monitor cinema equipment, facilities, and maintenance requirements.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety, security, legal, and operational standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and share performance updates with management.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, training, and performance.
• Control operational costs and minimize wastage and losses.
• Support promotional activities, events, special screenings, and corporate bookings.
• Handle emergency situations and ensure proper implementation of safety procedures.
