Job summary

Cars24 is building a one-stop auto tech platform and seeks an operations leader to drive end-to-end excellence for international accounts. You will ensure SLA adherence, push process optimization, and coordinate across functions to deliver reliable service and scalable outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an MBA, bring strong communication and stakeholder management, and are comfortable with a 5 AM start and a 6-day workweek. This role focuses on driving governance, dashboards, and global SOPs.

• Drive end-to-end operational excellence for international accounts by ensuring SLA adherence, process optimization, and seamless cross-functional coordination.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational gaps, reducing turnaround times, and enhancing overall efficiency.
• Drive standardized global operations through robust SOPs, operational playbooks, and scalable process frameworks.
• Drive business visibility and decision-making by tracking operational KPIs, MIS reporting, and leadership dashboards.
• Drive strong stakeholder relationships through SLA governance, performance management, and strategic collaboration.

What will you drive?

Who are we looking for?

• Work Schedule: 5 AM - 2:00 PM (IST), 6 days a week with 1 rotational off.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred (Finance, Strategy, or Operations).
• Prior experience in industries such as aviation, logistics, SaaS, e-commerce, or BPO serving international clients is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
