Job summary

Eye Q in Haryana is seeking a Hospital Administrator to drive revenue, profitability, patient satisfaction and operational targets across OPD, diagnostics, surgeries, optical, pharmacy and outreach activities. • Achievement of revenue, profitability, patient satisfaction and operational targets.
• Monitor daily business performance including OPD, diagnostics, surgeries, optical, pharmacy, and outreach activities.
• Track key operational and financial KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Implement business development initiatives and community outreach programs to enhance OPD and revenue.
• Identify opportunities for operational cost optimization without compromising quality.
• Monitor patient flow across registration, consultation, diagnostics, optical, pharmacy, OT, and discharge to optimize turnaround times.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, infrastructure, equipment, and consumables.
• Drive initiatives to reduce patient waiting time and improve service efficiency.
• Resolve escalated patient grievances promptly and effectively.
• Build, engage, and manage team, conduct performance reviews, coaching, and on-the-job training.
• Keep check on Credits and outstanding (TPA, CGHS, ECHS & Corporate etc)
• Maintenance & upkeep, budgeting & cost control, Inventory audit & management, Accounting & cash management
• Reporting & MIS
• Ensure compliance with NABH standards, statutory regulations, and organizational policies
