Rhea Healthcare in Kolkata seeks an experienced OP ER/Triage nurse lead to oversee efficient ER operations, ensure adherence to Nursing Clinical standards, manage equipment and patient care, and supervise handover at shift change.

You will coordinate with Guest Relations to plan resource deployment during busy periods, ensure staffing, documentation, patient safety, and infection control while upholding NABH Nursing Excellence standards.

• Ensures NS is informed of any incidents immediately.
• Ensures medication safety and practices patient safety protocols.
• Upholds patient rights and maintains confidentiality of medical and personal information.
• Provides health education and counseling to patient and attendants.
• Implements the infection control practices.
• Implements NABH Nursing Excellence standards.
• Responsibly handles all equipment used in patient care; ensures team is competent in usage; ensures equipment is serviceable and readily available.
• Maintain records, reports and registers as per organizational standards.
• Accurately captures data; maintains records and reports Nursing Quality Indicators.
• Responsible for Inventory management and cost control; ensures no misuse or wastage.
• Co-ordinates with Billing team regarding investigations and billing activities.
• Works closely with clinical services team to ensure efficient care.
• Delivers outstanding service experience; maintains discipline and decorum.
• Implements Service Vision; ensures nurses deliver services that delight customers.
• Manages OP floor services; coordinates with support departments to ensure comfort and standards.
• Maintains cordial inter-personal relationship within the team and other departments.

• Ensure Induction and training of team as per protocol.
