Manager Operations

The Manager Operations will manage hospital operations, patient service workflow, team coordination, service quality, performance reporting, and operational process improvement at Dr. Agarwals Eye Hospital, Chennai / Thiruvananthapuram.

Qualifications

Requires 5–7 years experience in business operations, operations management, or hospital operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily hospital operations and ensure smooth patient service workflow.
• Coordinate with doctors, optometry, counselling, front office, billing, pharmacy, diagnostics, and support teams.
• Monitor OPD flow, patient waiting time, consultation process, diagnostics, counselling, billing, and service delivery.
• Supervise operational staff, duty allocation, discipline, and process compliance.
• Track operational performance, patient experience, service quality, and daily MIS reports.
• Identify service delays, workflow gaps, and operational issues and implement improvements.
• Handle patient complaints, escalations, and service recovery professionally.
• Support business operations, revenue coordination, appointment flow, and conversion tracking.
• Ensure SOP compliance, patient safety, documentation, and service standards are followed.
• Coordinate with regional leadership, HR, finance, and administration when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information.
• Ensure efficient, patient-friendly, and well-organized hospital operations.
