Job summary

Trimytones Ventures is seeking an Operations Lead to manage daily salon operations across multiple locations in Uttar Pradesh. You will ensure SOP adherence, train teams, and monitor sales and customer satisfaction to drive performance.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and proficiency in MS Excel, with a readiness to travel and coordinate with cross-functional teams including HR and Finance. Local travel to franchise partners will be routine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant operations experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Willingness to travel.
