Job summary

Sunday Hotels is looking for an Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day hotel operations and drive guest experiences and service excellence. The role requires overseeing Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, Engineering, Security, and other teams while ensuring SOPs, safety, and regulatory compliance.

You will monitor KPIs, control costs, recruit and mentor staff, and collaborate with Sales to maximize occupancy and revenue. A hospitality degree and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
• Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall hotel operations, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments.
• Lead Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Engineering, Security, and other operational teams.
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and promptly resolving guest concerns.
• Ensure compliance with brand SOPs, hygiene, safety, and statutory requirements.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, guest satisfaction, and operational KPIs.
• Control operational costs while maintaining service quality.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate hotel staff.
• Conduct daily briefings and departmental meetings.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and oversee procurement.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.
