Job summary

Premium Fine Dining Restaurant in Gurugram seeks a seasoned operations leader to drive excellence across all outlets. You will coordinate with kitchen, service, bar and housekeeping to maintain high standards and smooth daily operations.

Lead by example on the floor, recruit and develop teams, ensure SOPs and safety compliance, and manage costs and inventories to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 8-11 years of experience in premium restaurants and fine dining establishments.
• Mature, positive and professional approach with the ability to build a healthy, high performance culture.
• Hands-on leader who is visible on the floor and leads by example in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, SOPs, guest experience, manpower planning, cost management and inventory control.
• Experience in opening new outlets and driving business growth is a plus.
